Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to support our clinical team at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will assist physicians during interventional and diagnostic procedures and ensure high-quality data collection and patient care.

The position requires an associate degree, BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and strong knowledge of anatomy, hemodynamics, and radiation safety. The lab operates 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts and on-call.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and procedures; ability to write reports and communicate clearly.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Locates historical information on patient and maintains files after procedures.
• Performs regular cleaning of equipment and supplies.
• Inspects catheters and supplies and stocks as needed.
• Assists physician with catheter insertions and angiography procedures.
• Records data accurately and communicates assessments to the team.
