Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Invasive CV Technologist to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures at St. James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will help with catheter insertions, data collection, and post-procedure documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards.

The position requires a two-year degree or related experience, BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and strong attention to detail in fast-paced lab environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire
• Language, math, and reasoning skills required

Responsibilities

• Assists physician in catheter insertions and injections during diagnostic angiography and heart catheterization, as well as angioplasties and stent procedures.
• Maintains equipment, monitors, and data records accurately.
• Follows radiation safety guidelines and infection control policies.
• Schedules procedures and reviews patient history and clinical data.
