Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Label charts and patient data, including iodine allergy labeling.
• Regularly clean equipment, transducers, pressure injectors, and compressors.
• Inspect catheters and guide wire supplies for expiration dates; stock as needed.
• Follow all radiation safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist physician with catheter insertions and interventions during diagnostic angiography, heart catheterizations, angioplasties, stent procedures, and pacemaker insertions.
