Arthrex is seeking a CT Manager to develop and drive sales strategies for the CT line, supporting hospital systems and labs. The role involves training surgeons and sales staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary CT contact at labs and industry events.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, extensive sales experience as a Territory Manager, and willingness to travel frequently. A high-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive sales experience and proven success as a Territory Manager.
• Completion of Arthrex CT Initial Onsite (IOT) training within 12 months.
• Completion of ECI Training within 12 months.
• Ability to succeed in a high-paced and stressful environment.
• Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
• Action-oriented problem solving.
• Competitive spirit and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone technology.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive product strategy for sports medicine lines to meet revenue targets and policy.
• Partner with sales to build relationships with surgeons and admin staff and uncover opportunities.
• Train surgeons and sales personnel on product use (surgeries, cadaver labs, presentations).
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions aligned with policies and pricing.
• Complete all required educational courses within set timelines.
• Collaborate with Regional/District Managers on strategies and field feedback.
• Work cross-functionally with Arthrex corporate, sales ops, reg, and finance.
• Serve as CT contact for labs, industry meetings, and trade shows.
