The candidate should have 5+ years cardiothoracic experience, a bachelor’s degree, and comfort in open operating room environments, with strong leadership and strategic sales skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of cardiothoracic experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Comfort in open-operating room environments
• Knowledge of Arthrex orthopedic procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of OR protocols and procedures
• Ability to learn high-level technical information and indications related to surgery

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory
• Build and maintain strong business relationships; develop and implement sales strategies
• Communicate with current and new customers about product updates and educational programs
• Create and submit team quotas to executive sales leadership
• Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions
