Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of cardiothoracic experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Comfort in open operating room environments
• Knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures and Arthrex terminology
• Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
• Ability to learn a high level of technical information

Responsabilités

• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory
• Increase territory results by building and maintaining relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies
• Communicate with customer accounts on product updates, portfolio changes and educational programs
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively
• Create and submit team quotas to executive sales leadership
• Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs to drive product adoption
• Devise and implement plans and meetings to keep the team on target with quotas
• Identify new prospects' needs and respond with written, telephone and face-to-face actions
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions
• Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to other managers and reps
• Lead by example; analyze sales performance and opportunities for growth
• Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain urgency, multi-task and deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
