Job summary

Arthrex Richmond is seeking a CT Manager to develop sales strategies and drive revenue for the CT line. You will lead relationships with surgeons, educators, and hospital admins while coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute field plans.

The role requires extensive medical device sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel frequently to labs, hospitals, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive sales experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Successful completion of Arthrex CT training prior to or soon after start date.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a field-based role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales strategies to meet quotas and business metrics for Arthrex CT products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, admins and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
• Train surgeons and sales teams on product use, attend surgeries, and plan cadaver labs.
• Collaborate with regional managers on field feedback and product dispositioning strategies.
• Serve as CT lead at labs, industry meetings and trade shows; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
