Advocate Health is hiring for a 4Main CV Stepdown Nursing position within the 24-bed private unit, focusing on cardiothoracic/vascular surgical, pre- and post-operative progressive care. Registered nurses on this unit participate in the Critical Care Academy (CCA) and may support med/surg overflow as needed.

The role offers a full-time schedule (36 hours/week) with benefits-eligible status and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license.

Responsibilities

• 24-bed private CV Stepdown and telemetry unit.
• Specializes in cardiothoracic/vascular surgical, pre-operative and post-operative progressive care.
• 4Main teammates enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA).
• Also serves as med/surg overflow.
