Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time position in the 4Main CV Stepdown unit. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, coordination, and adherence to established standards in a busy cardiothoracic/vascular service area.

Ideal candidates will hold an accredited nursing program credential, an active RN license in the state of practice, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire, with cardiac/critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
