Job summary

MetroHealth's Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, is seeking an experienced RN to join a 24-bed CCU. Bi-weekly 72 hours, 7a-7p shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Interpret EKGs and monitor patient rhythms.
• Care for central lines and invasive devices.
• Provide rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and manage vents.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Demonstrate critical thinking, delegation, and time management.
