Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ethical behavior with company policies and laws.
• Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive utilization of CV and menopause products; work with Customer Squad to generate pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause markets to manage opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership on strategic and tactical territory plans.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans; share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
• Comply with Bayer ethics and regulatory standards in day-to-day work.
