Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales or relevant roles.
• Experience building long-standing customer relationships.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ethical compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, pharmacy staff, and assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved cardiovascular and menopause products and support pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage expertise in cardiovascular/diabetes/menopause markets to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Provide strategic and tactical input to sales leadership and regional managers.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
• Understand customer needs and maintain Bayer ethics and compliance standards.
• Propose solutions to potential barriers and handle objections effectively.
