Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care/Endocrinology Sales Consultant for the North Fulton / Canton, GA area. The role covers North Fulton and Canton, GA, with up to 50% travel and residence-based requirements within the territory.

You will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products, build strong relationships with HCPs, and work with cross-functional teams to drive US Pharma outcomes while adhering to ethics and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record of high performance in a sales role.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comply with company policies and applicable laws.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of cardiovascular and menopause products; collaborate with the Customer Squad to pull-through payers.
• Leverage knowledge of diabetes, cardiovascular, neurology, CKD and menopause markets to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership on territory/area/region planning and insights.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunities and potential.
• Adhere to Bayer ethics and compliance standards and adapt to new technologies and AI.
