SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for on-site, full-time work in Great Falls, Montana. The role covers comprehensive cardiopulmonary care, ventilator management, ABG analysis, and patient education.

The position offers a $20,000 retention bonus, competitive base pay commensurate with experience, and full benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensure: Montana RCP license or eligibility; NBRC RRT credential.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Knowledge: General respiratory care protocols and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including ventilator management, aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (code blue, rapid responses) and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, home therapy equipment, and preventive cardiopulmonary health.
