Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals in Pasadena, CA is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including RNAi therapies for rare cardiovascular conditions. You will activate prescribers, accelerate therapy adoption, and sustain utilization through strategic, compliant field execution.

The role requires clinical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and strong account management across IDNs, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends, account potential, and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to prescribers and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
