• Schedule hospital outpatient-based services, and handle appointment changes and cancellations.
• Interface with patients and clinical staff to communicate results and scheduling needs.
• Support checkout office, scheduling patients for procedures after visits.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding test results and reschedule as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and scheduling requests.
• Ensure accurate pre-registration and health care coverage information.
• Escalate operational issues to leadership as needed.
• Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes.
• Work well under stress with strong customer service.
