Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager in Fairfax, VA to represent our AI-driven cardiac diagnostic technology with physicians and hospital partners. You will drive adoption of the Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway across key accounts, educate clinicians, and collaborate with Heartflow teams to deliver value and growth.

The role requires building relationships with cardiologists and hospital staff, achieving quotas, and traveling 20–25% from a home office.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience (or 2-year degree with 7+ years).
• Experience with medical devices or cardiology products is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate complex medical concepts to diverse clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within designated accounts.
• Educate physicians and clinicians on Heartflow value proposition.
• Build relationships with referring physicians, hospital admins, and marketing/clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
