Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, scheduling, or closely related position in healthcare is preferred.
• Telephone, scheduling and physician practice experience preferred.
• NextGen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and answers main telephone line, providing a positive first impression.
• Schedules clinic appointments and ancillary procedures; triages calls to the appropriate PHI person.
• Provides coverage for other Front Office positions as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Delivers outstanding customer service.
