Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments from phone requests.
• Coordinate with physician offices, patients and Health Center departments to complete scheduling; verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Ensure patient records and film studies are available prior to appointments.
• Remind patients of appointments and to bring prior records as applicable.
• Fill cancellations and reschedule appointments to improve provider schedules.
• Work under supervision of the Clinic Supervisor/Manager.
