Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. Join a hospital-based cardiovascular team committed to excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and strong teamwork.
Ideal candidates will have an ADN, Montana RN licensure or compact endorsement, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of cardiology experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
- Montana RN license or compact endorsement eligible.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Solid knowledge of EKG interpretation and cardiology procedures.
- At least 2 years of dedicated cardiac/cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient with medical terminology, data entry, and EMR charting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
- Serve as clinical liaison between patients, families, and cardiovascular providers.
- Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and follow-ups.
- Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, manage cardiac meds under direction.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain timely electronic documentation of assessments and care.
