Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The ideal candidate will have cardiology experience, MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certs, and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

The position offers solid nurse-to-patient ratios, administrative support, and opportunities for ongoing cardiovascular education within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in MT or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Solid understanding of EKG interpretation, arrhythmias, and cardiology procedures.
• 2+ years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient with medical terminology, EMR charting, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for cardiology patients per clinical standards.
• Serve as clinical liaison among patients, families, and cardiovascular teams.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care, testing management, and follow-ups.
• Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and medication regimens.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and care plans.
