Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital-based cardiology team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and comprehensive clinical support.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least two years of cardio nursing experience. Expect a supportive environment with a focus on professional growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid knowledge of EKGs, arrhythmias, and cardiology procedures.
• At least 2 years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in medical terminology, data entry, and EMR charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers.
• Assist in inpatient/outpatient cardiac coordination, testing, and follow-ups.
• Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and complex medications under direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain precise electronic documentation of assessments and interventions.
