Qualifikationen
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
- Active Montana RN license or eligible via compact/endorsement.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- At least 2 years of cardiac/cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in cardiology procedures, EKG interpretation, and terminology.
Aufgaben
- Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
- Liaise between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers.
- Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and tests.
- Monitor patient status and rhythms; manage meds under direction.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments and care.
