Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. This hospital-based position emphasizes strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive administration, teamwork, and compassion in cardiovascular care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cardiology nursing experience, a valid Montana RN license or compact eligibility, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or compact eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 2+ years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per clinical standards.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison between patients, families, and cardiovascular providers.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, manage cardiac medications under direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
