Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cardiac nursing experience, Montana RN licensure (or compact/endorsement eligibility), and BLS/ACLS certifications to support a specialized cardiovascular care team.

This hospital-based role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong administrative support, and a culture of teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Clinical knowledge: ECG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiology procedures; basic coronary care course.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years cardiac/cardiovascular nursing preferred.
• Core skills: Medical terminology, data entry, EMR charting, office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardio providers.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and diagnostics.
• Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and complex medication regimens.
• Educate patients/families on diagnoses, therapies, expectations, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain precise EMR documentation of assessments, interventions, and care changes.
