Your Talent Team is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital-based cardiovascular team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers a supportive environment, strong nurse-to-patient ratios, and collaborative teamwork within a renowned regional health system.

Qualified candidates have ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure or compact eligibility, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years in cardiac care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid knowledge of EKG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmias, and cardiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per clinical standards.
• Act as primary clinical liaison between patients, families, medical staff, and cardiology providers for seamless coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, testing management, and follow-ups.
• Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and complex cardiac medications under provider direction.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, therapies, expectations, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain precise EMR documentation of assessments, interventions, and care changes.
