Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. This hospital-based role emphasizes exceptional nurse-to-patient ratios, strong administrative support, and a collaborative culture focused on compassionate cardiovascular care.

You will care for cardiology patients, coordinate with the cardiovascular team, monitor rhythms, manage medications, and educate patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid knowledge of EKG interpretation and cardiology procedures.
• At least 2 years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per clinical standards.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, family, staff, and cardiovascular providers.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and diagnostic testing.
• Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, and manage cardiac medications under direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Document assessments and care in the EMR accurately and timely.
