True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will provide expert nursing care to cardiology patients and coordinate care with the cardiovascular team.

The ideal candidate has an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years in cardiac nursing, with strong EMR skills and attention to documentation.

Formación

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN licensure (or compact/endorsement).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid understanding of EKGs, arrhythmias, cardiac meds, and cardiology procedures.
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated cardiac nursing preferred.
• Proficient with medical terminology, standard office equipment, data entry, and EMR charting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards and evidence-based practices.
• Act as clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers for care coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, tests, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, and manage cardiac meds under provider direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, procedures, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain precise, timely EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
