Job summary

United Future in Great Falls, Montana seeks a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized clinical team. This full-time, on-site role offers a supportive environment with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and strong teamwork culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience, Montana RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), BLS and ACLS, and EMR proficiency. Enjoy comprehensive insurance, retirement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards and evidence-based practices.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers for seamless care coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, diagnostics management, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor cardiac rhythms, and manage complex cardiac medications under provider direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, procedures, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments, interventions, and care modifications.
