KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and a supportive clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has an ADN with MT RN license (or compact), BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of cardiac nursing experience, with EMR proficiency and solid cardiology knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid working knowledge of EKG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmias, and cardiac medications.
• 2 years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with medical terminology, EMR charting, and basic office equipment.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards and evidence-based practices.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison among patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers for care coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, diagnostic testing management, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient statuses, monitor cardiac rhythms, and manage complex cardiac meds under direction.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac diagnoses, therapies, procedures, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation of assessments, interventions, and care modifications.
