Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will join a dedicated cardiovascular team within a hospital system known for excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and supportive leadership.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of cardiology experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care quality, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
• Act as clinical liaison among patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination and diagnostic testing management.
• Monitor patient status, rhythms, and cardiac medications under provider direction.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
