Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for its partner hospital in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role focuses on expert cardiology care within a supportive team, offering robust nurse-to-patient ratios and strong professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years in cardiac nursing, with proficiency in EMR and cardiac monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN licensure or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid knowledge of EKG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmias, medications, and cardiology procedures; basic coronary care course required.
• At least 2 years of dedicated cardiac nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, data entry, and EMR charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per clinical standards.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, family, staff, and cardiovascular providers for seamless care coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, testing management, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor cardiac rhythms, and manage complex cardiac meds under direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
