Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The role focuses on specialized cardiovascular care within a hospital setting, emphasizing excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and supportive administrative backing.

The successful candidate will bring 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience, active MT RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications, along with strong EMR documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Solid knowledge of EKG interpretation, arrhythmias, cardiac meds, and standard cardiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards and best practices.
• Serve as clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers for seamless care coordination.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, testing management, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, and manage complex cardiac meds under provider direction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
