Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is partnering with a regional health system to recruit a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. This hospital-based position emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios and strong teamwork.

The candidate should have an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN licensure (or compact eligibility), BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of cardiac nursing experience. Competitive benefits and ongoing education are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Solid ECG interpretation and cardiac medication knowledge.
• At least 2 years of dedicated cardiac/cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiology patients per standards.
• Serve as the clinical liaison between patients, families, staff, and cardiovascular providers.
• Assist with inpatient/outpatient cardiac care coordination, testing, and follow-ups.
• Assess patient status, monitor rhythms, and manage cardiac medications under supervision.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of assessments and interventions.
