Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a medical office or scheduling role.
• Basic knowledge of medical office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule cardiology appointments for referrals across specialties.
• Manage a high-volume referral queue (50+ per day).
• Attach electronic referrals to appointments in Epic.
• Coordinate interpreter services as needed.
• Communicate with patients and internal departments about referrals and insurance.
