Cardiac Study Center/ Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane, WA is hiring a Clinic Scheduler for general cardiology outpatient services. The role schedules appointments, coordinates referrals, and supports patient flow within a collaborative cardiology team.

It offers a full-time 40-hour work week with a focus on accurate scheduling and excellent patient experience. The position emphasizes clerical duties, insurance coordination, and maintaining patient information to ensure smooth clinic operations

Formación

• One year of experience with EMR system.
• Two years of clerical or scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
• Scheduling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for general cardiology services across departments.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-ups to support a positive experience.
• Coordinate referrals, insurance verification and authorizations to help ensure patients are prepared for scheduled services.
• Obtain and maintain necessary patient information, documentation, and records to support clinic operations.
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including data entry and appointment management.
• Contribute to clinic success by upholding organizational values and adapting to evolving healthcare practices.
