Job summary

Cardiac Study Center/Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane, WA seeks a Patient Services Representative (Front Desk Traveler) to coordinate patient scheduling and support outpatient cardiology services. You’ll travel to Colville, Grand Coulee, Davenport, Colfax, Ritzville, Walla Walla, Newport as needed.

The role requires 2 years in customer service and preferred healthcare experience. Expect a full-time schedule, standard business hours, and opportunities to grow within a compassionate cardiology

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling.
• Maintain a well‑organized schedule per provider preference.
• Assist patients with any questions they may have.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.
• Assist with coordinating communication between patients and other departments.
• Work in other locations as needed for coverage.
