Rendr is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee the Cardiology division in New York City. The role requires managing day-to-day operations and leading the front office team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of front office experience in a medical practice.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, MDLand is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and employee development processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic plans.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Cardiology division.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation.
• Support optimal patient care through practice operations.
• Coordinate community events for practice promotion.
