Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of clinical healthcare experience, with at least two in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of department staff; mentor team.
• Provide fair leadership and conduct regular department meetings; guide policies and operational matters.
• Lead department process improvements and ensure staff engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor department budget, staffing plans, and staffing decisions to meet goals.
• Coordinate quality, safety, and compliance with accrediting regulations and internal standards.
• Manage customer service excellence and ensure effective communication with patients, physicians and staff.
