Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Practice Manager to independently coordinate complex care delivery across a multi‑physician practice. You will supervise front desk, business and clinical support services, ensure quality and compliance, and drive revenue through efficient operations while collaborating with clinic staff and system leadership.

Formación

• Five years of clinical healthcare experience, of which at least two years must have been in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Ability to implement policies and procedures to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and organizes day-to-day department operations, schedule and activities of the practice for staff, physicians, and associated physician extenders.
• Sets priorities and standards to ensure the best possible delivery of service and high patient satisfaction.
• Drives department service standards and activities to impact patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching to staff; manages staffing, performance evaluations, and hiring decisions.
• Manages department budget compliance and cost controls; supports financial targets and staffing plans.
• Promotes team dynamics, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration.
