Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience, with at least one year in a managerial role.
• Preference for Practice Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and staffing to ensure service quality.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; maintain budget compliance.
• Develop policies to improve patient experience and safety.
