The position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate information handling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. Typical hours are 8:30a-5p, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6–18 months experience preferred (PSR I or II) or 3 years preferred (PSR III).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics; collect and verify required information.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain/confirm referrals and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Accept and document co-payments or outstanding balances at checkout.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments per practice guidelines.
• Coordinate with clinical staff; route calls and manage administrative inbox messages.
• Prepare and route documents for scanning; ensure HIPAA compliance in handling records.
