Baystate Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Cardiology team in Springfield, Massachusetts . Our practice offices are part of a multi-specialty medical group with nearly 1,000 physicians and advanced practitioners serving patients across more than 60 locations in Western Massachusetts.
The Patient Service Representative role offers the opportunity to work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary care team to perform essential administrative tasks necessary to support patient care. Key responsibilities include patient reception, registration, demographic and insurance verification. This role requires strong customer service skills to interface with patients, families and the multi-disciplinary team.
This position is part of a career ladder, and the appropriate level will be determined by the organization.
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: M-Fri, 8:30a-5p
