Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Florida is seeking a Registrar for the Cardiology Main team to greet patients, collect demographics, verify insurance, and schedule visits.

This full-time days position requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, basic MS Office skills, and good communication in English; Spanish is a plus.

You will maintain accurate registration records, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and direct families as needed in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Formación

• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and families in person or by phone and schedule/register services.
• Obtain demographics, payer information, financial/medical data, and identification.
• Verify authorizations and referrals for physician/hospital services.
• Document activity in the system and collect payments as required.
• Direct families to waiting areas and ensure proper registration.
• Maintain accurate registration records and schedule appointments.
