Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned operational activities, resource utilization, and workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate activities of contracted or project personnel as required.
• Coordinate departmental operations with other internal departments to support organizational objectives and continuity of services.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze departmental analytics, productivity measures, and quality indicators.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of assigned departmental and divisional budgets.
• Oversee assigned billing processes, revenues, and expenditures to support accurate financial management.
• Support and maintain information systems used by the department, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract administration to ensure performance, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Support assigned divisional projects by preparing and maintaining project documentation, including workplans, budgets, agendas, status reports, and related records.
• Ensure departmental compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards and organizational policies.
• Other Job duties as assigned
