Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Senior Cardiology & Hemodynamics Applications Support Engineer at a campus in Illinois. The role covers cardiology, hemodynamics, EP, ECG/Holter management, and PACS, ensuring all applications remain healthy and available for clinical users.

You will coordinate incidents, perform troubleshooting with clinicians, monitor health, and participate in go-live cutovers and post-change validations. Strong ITIL/SM and PACS/EMR knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cardiology and Hemodynamics applications support.
• Expertise with PACS integration, imaging workflows.
• Knowledge of HL7/DICOM interoperability and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, and change processes across cardiology apps.
• Troubleshoot with clinicians to identify root causes and fixes.
• Monitor app health and respond to alerts to prevent disruptions.
• Coordinate upgrades and post-upgrade validation.
• Create runbooks and knowledge base to reduce repeats.
