Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, Cardiology to cover Gainesville, Ocala, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Kissimmee and parts of North Orlando. The residence-based role requires deep cardiovascular/renal therapeutic knowledge and a proven hospital/health-system sales background.

You will drive clinical demand and education, build institutional advocacy for formulary adoption, and lead strategic plans with key partners.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in cardiovascular/renal therapies.
Experience launching products or indications.
Experience selling to institutions and navigating P&T committees.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Drive clinical demand, education and sales to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary/pathway adoption of cardiovascular-renal brands.
Develop strategic business plans for top institutions with understanding of local market dynamics.
Demonstrate disease state knowledge, market understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
Build relationships with C/D-suite, Heads of Pharmacy and clinicians in prioritized customers.
Navigate P&T committee processes and ensure compliant, ethical execution.
