Bayer AG in Florida is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, Cardiology, to cover Gainesville, Ocala, Daytona Beach, and parts of North Orlando. The role is residence-based within the territory and focuses on building clinical demand and formulary adoption for cardiovascular-renal products.

The position requires deep cardiovascular/renal expertise, prior product-launch experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Deep expertise and understanding of the cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic area(s).
Experience launching new products and product indications.
Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations, trainings).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Drive clinical demand, education and sales, building deep understanding of disease state and treatment options.
Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary/policy adoption.
Develop and implement strategic plans for top institutions with market insights.
Demonstrate disease area and market knowledge and analytical rigor.
Build relationships with C‑suite and key clinicians at institutions.
Manage P&T committee processes at priority institutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to pull through partnerships.
Provide support on strategic projects for Area General Managers.
Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance.
Adhere to industry guidelines and high ethical standards.
