Bayer is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, Cardiology for Ocala, FL, covering Gainesville, Ocala, Daytona Beach and parts of North Orlando. The role focuses on driving demand, education and sales within hospitals and health systems, with emphasis on cardiovascular-renal products.

The candidate should have deep therapeutic expertise, experience launching new products, and strong stakeholder management. Residence-based position with a territory-based travel expectation.

Formación

• Deep cardiovascular/renal disease area knowledge.
• Experience launching new products/indications.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive clinical demand, education and sales to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Build institutional advocacy for formulary adoption of cardiovascular-renal brands.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for top institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and areas to pull through partnerships.
• Manage P&T committee processes at priority institutions.
• Support Area General Managers on strategic projects as needed.
• Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines and high ethical standards.
