Promoveo Health LLC. seeks an experienced District Sales Manager to lead a regional growth initiative and develop a high-performing field sales team selling to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.

This hands-on leadership role combines team development, field execution, and strategic account support, with extensive travel across the district to drive market expansion and revenue growth.

Formación

• 3-4 years of district management experience in cardiac sales.
• Direct cardiology, electrophysiology, or remote cardiac-monitoring experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success developing sales representatives and growing new markets.
• Strong forecasting, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the district.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute district growth strategies.
• Establish sales goals and hold representatives accountable.
• Conduct field rides and support complex account conversions; build relationships with physicians, KOLs, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Identify competitive activity and regional market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve district revenue targets.
